Is the cloud platform secure?

What does your technical support cover?
Our technical support team is available Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Support covers system troubleshooting, configuration changes, dashboard updates, user training, and platform upgrades. We also offer priority support packages for mission-critical installations that require faster response times.
Do you offer custom dashboard development?
Yes. Every dashboard we build is custom-designed for your operation, data sources, and user roles. We do not use off-the-shelf templates. From single-site plant overviews to multi-site enterprise dashboards with executive reporting, we design exactly what you need with your branding and workflow in mind.
